Data retention policy
No retention policy – data stored indefinitely unless a customer deletes their project (all of their customer data will be deleted).
Data archiving and removal policy
When we receive a request for data deletion, we do not archive or retain any of that data. It gets deleted permanently and immediately when the request is completed.

Koala customers may write to [email protected] or submit a google form (linked to from our Privacy Policy) to request deletion or data access. We handle these requests within 3 business days, though in most cases we provide a same-day response.
